Im worried

The developers weekly updates worry me. Im not certain how the iPhone works, and whether one can do malicious things with an app (without apple knowing). However, Ive become so worried with the weekly "maintenance" updates, that Ive removed the app out of an abundance of caution. Hopefully, the developer will address this issue on the apps page. Thanks.
