This is a simple calculator for basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division for everyday use.

You may be wondering... "Why do I need to buy a calculator when there is already a built-in calculator from my iPhone/iPod touch?"

Hmm.. thats a good question.
Heres why you would want this lovely calculator.

- Unique % calculation : Okay. How much does it cost when the item on sale has an original price tag of $89.95 but marked down for 20% sale and an additional 15% down? You simply enter 89.95-20%-15%=, and voila, youve got the answer. Oh, the sales tax? Dont worry. Just press +8.95%= (or whatever your local sales tax percentage is) and you have the answer on your palm.

- BODMAS calculation : While this is not a complex RPN calculator, it follows the rule of scientific calculators and calculates divisions and multiplifications first. 1+2x3 is interpreted NOT as (1+2)x3 which gives the answer 9, but as 1+(2x3) which gives the answer 7.

- See your formula : 2-line calculator makes it easy to see what you have entered. Its less likely to make mistakes.

- Hear the voice : Whether you need it for practical use or just for fun, all buttons can be clearly pronounced. Just choose your favorite among Human, Robot, & Instrument.

- International Supports : Does your country express 123,456.78 as 123.456,78? How about separating numbers at every ten thousands, not at every thousands, like 124567 instead of 123,456? You can do it all!

Love this app, calculating percent keys up and down is a breeze Would like more colorfull skins and in 3D  then it will get 5 Come on guys! Get some better 3D graphics with some color make it more pleasing to the eye

Handy little app for those like me who are just too plain lazy to do simple mental calculations or to go through one or two added calculations on a basic calculator. The talk bit isnt necessary at all, but its a great show off when you want to be seen at the food mart or some other place like that. Well worth the dollar all in all. Give it five stars any way you look at it.

A solid app that works great. Design could be better, but I like the variety, especially the zebra skin. Just out of curiocity, which country uses separators at every ten thousand?

A nice calc that looks and works great! Its well worth a buck just for the percent calculation.

kinda pointless, I thought. but I just went ahead for the big buttons. quite satisfied with the huge buttons. but, this apps got a potential to become a fun learning tool for kids. teach your kids how to read numbers, and let them play the xylophone with the Fun SFX. a good investment overall.

Ever wonder if your fat fingers hit the right number? I do all the time when I use my iphone for calculator functions.......... I hesitated to spend money on the stupid app but love it! It shows the input across the top PLUS if you want, it will also speak the numbers you are punching in. Super simple and effective. If you want more dont buy it and then complain about it! I would like more sound options and more skin options though. K

Some bad moments

Best voice of talking calculators, but key placement awkward and skins are not at all easy to read. For Gods sake, stop overthinking things - keep the voice and key size, and then make key placement mimic the iPhone layout were already used to. Please!

The developers weekly updates worry me. Im not certain how the iPhone works, and whether one can do malicious things with an app (without apple knowing). However, Ive become so worried with the weekly "maintenance" updates, that Ive removed the app out of an abundance of caution. Hopefully, the developer will address this issue on the apps page. Thanks.

Besides the maintenance, developer did not deliver improvements promised.
